The children are wonderful... and I do agree with you about the sadness.
My sons are in high school, and I couldn't help but think of their peers, not too much older than these children, who at some point might express the same thoughts about pregnancy, VD or broken hearts that come from living in a way contrary to God's heart and will for them. For me, the sadness comes from a desire to prevent their future pain...
